Selma Stad

The area around Selma Lagerlöfs Square and Litteraturgatan in Gothenburg is undergoing a transformation, giving rise to Selma City.

Here, an attractive new neighborhood is taking shape, with a focus on safety and sustainability. New homes, offices, commercial buildings, and community spaces for culture are being constructed, along with new square and park pathways. Much has already been completed, and the project is expected to be finished by 2023.

For the project, we have delivered items such as fire dampers, roof hoods (including roof inlets), iris dampers, self-actuating backflow protectors, and wire mesh louvres.
