Kv Soluppgången Växjö
To the north of central Växjö, the construction of KV Soluppgången is underway, one of Skanska Hyresbostäder's projects where K2A is the property owner. Multiple residential buildings are being erected, housing 60 apartments and a preschool spread across three structures.
The project places a strong emphasis on sustainability, including the installation of solar panels on the roofs and the preparation for electric vehicle charging stations.
